INNOVATIONS

B&W Bulb

"Everything is always in Beta"

I am an innovator at heart.

I am never done learning new things, and I particularly enjoy researching new methodologies and trying them out. One of my greatest strengths is being able to look at a project, no matter how big or small, and finding ways to streamline and improve the process. Each time I teach a lesson, design an assignment, work through a problem, give a presentation, I sit down afterwards and reflect:

"How can I make it better?"

As a teacher, I was constantly creating and redesigning my curriculum using student surveys/ feedback, the advice of my peers, and new professional development techniques to guide my practice. Here are a few reflections on my personal past "best practices." These reflective posts share some of my biggest teacher wins and are accompanied by student interview videos. Enjoy!
